Bieber

Bieber(s) (official name: Mainliners) are enemies encountered in the horror game The Suffering.

They're small, squat humanoid creatures with withered orange skin; their most distinguishing trait is that they possess several glowing green/yellow syringes stuck into their back. Their eyes are also replaced by syringes, one of them protruding from the back of its head as well.

They make a screechy sound when close to the player and crawl around like babies, which is probably why PewDie calls them "babies" at first, then calling them "Bieber" later on. They also like to jump on Pewdie's face and try to inject their yellow chemicals on him.

They first appeared on episode 4 of the Let's Play series, and officially called "Bieber" on episode 5.
