Mister Sinister or just Sinister is a character in the Marvel Comics Universe. He is a villian of the superhero team, the X-Men.
Sinister serves as the main antagonist of the game Deadpool. Sinister is thought to be killed several times throughout the game, only for Deadpool and the player to discover that it was just one of Sinister's clones. However, in the tenth episode of PewDiePie's Let's Play of the game, Sinister is in fact, finally killed by Deadpool's plan.
